The problem subscriber Hanna addresses is caused by the fact that
silverb410 at hotmail.com's message was send to the list in HTML format. The
mailinglist software does not allow formatted text to avoid virus problems.
Hence the fact that the text of this message went missing.

Subject: Item 3 missing
The third item on your current mailing, 3. Looted German paintings traced to
Delaware Count(silverb410 at hotmail.com), seems to be a dead end; is it
possible to resend that item in a future mailing? I'm sending your entire
Issue 339 back to you in case seeing it as received helps you figure out
what may have gone wrong (there have been a few items with the same problem
on recent mailings, but this is the first that happened to be an item I was
particularly interested in reading, so the first I've mentioned).
I did follow the advice given in item 12 of this post, but when I went to
the link to the article on your archive I received the "scrubbed"
message, so I believe the problem is on your end, or perhaps has something
to do with the account of the person who submitted it... or the newspaper
that originally published it.
Many thanks,
Deirdre Hanna
