Thief of Bronze Head from Svetlin Rusev's Gallery Captured

Sofia. The policemen from Fifth Regional Police Department in Sofia arrested
the perpetrator of a theft of a bronze head from the private gallery atelier
Svetlin Rusev, the Director of the Police Department colonel Yordan Vuckov
announced, FOCUS Agency reporter announced.
The sculpture made by professor Angel Stanev was stolen on 6th January but
the police was informed on the following day. The perpetrator K.Y. (24)
entered with his two-years old daughter to see the exhibition and stole the
three kilogram bronze head and hid it in the ransack of his daughter. Then
they left the gallery. K.T. was identified via the security cameras in the
gallery that recorded his theft. He has a criminal record and was sentenced
for another theft. When he was arrested he told the police he had given the
bronze head that is evaluated for EUR 4,000 - 5,000 in a pawnshop.
